Josh McIntire

President

Mr. McIntire is the President and co-founder of McIntire Real Estate Inc., which recently celebrated 10 years of business as a full service real estate firm. Headquartered in Arcadia, CA, the company oversees $800mm of assets under management, 2,000 doors, and 60+ employees. 


Mr. McIntire is a skilled professional with experience in commercial real estate, residential real estate, client servicing, customer relations, quantitative analysis, scenario analysis, real estate investments, management, valuation, auditing, and system design. He has been involved in multiple start-up ventures, implementing development and sourcing seed capital. 


Mr. McIntire brings accomplishments from Merrill Lynch and Wilshire Associates, with relations in consulting, finance, asset management, financial analysis, marketing, technology, networking, and leadership. As a Senior Analyst, he helped pioneer the development of a global investment performance standardized (GIPS) composite software. As an Analyst, he consulted for CalPERS, United States Army, United States Air Force, United States Navy, Dallas Employee Retirement Fund, and the City of Houston, a total portfolio value of over $480 billion. 


Mr. McIntire also oversees the Public Safety Assistance Foundation, a California Non-Profit 501.c3 organization, which assists law enforcement officers and public officials with online data removal.


Prior to starting a family, Mr. McIntire enjoyed Triathlons and Scuba Diving. He has been a Big Brother with BBBS and a student advisor for the e-Business Academy. He has his BA in Finance from San Diego State University, is a member of the National Apartment Association, Urban Land Institute Young Leaders Program, Investment Real Estate Management (IREM), Toastmasters International, International Council of Shopping Centers, California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, & SDSU Alumni Association.

Diana McIntire

Vice President

Mrs. McIntire is a Broker/Owner of McIntire Kingstone with roughly eighteen (18) years in real estate management and sales. She possesses a strong real estate background along with a specialization in property management, short sales, and commercial properties. She has extensive knowledge of Appfolio, Quickbooks, Microsoft Office, mobile applications, and cloud systems to enhance properties and keep detailed records; She is an accounting and online marketing expert with past experience in the following:


  • Oversees daily operations of accounts payable and accounts receivables; bookkeeping, budgets, general ledgers;
  • Manages contracts; files and documentation;
  • Lease auditing and CAM reviews;
  • Specialize in Residential Properties; short sales, negotiate residential deals for Buyers, Sellers, and Lessors, and manage all Transaction Coordination;
  • Research current market conditions;
  • Hired by outside third party Real Estate Agents to negotiate short sale transactions and managed all document collection;
  • Negotiated with Lenders and Agents for Short Sales throughout the foreclosure process; Equator Certified;
  • Hosted all Open Houses and managed all property marketing;
  • Assists in overseeing office operations and sixty (60+) employees;
  • Assisted clients with Loan Modifications;

Justin Descullar

Investment Analyst - Team Lead

Justin has most recently worked as an Investment Analyst for Arowana, an international investment group focused on education, renewable energy, and impact investments, where he created industry research to inform the group’s investment strategy and used different valuation techniques on the group’s private equity investments. He was also seconded to VivoPower where he created financial models to assess the profitability of different solar energy development projects.

 

Justin has worked as a Credit Officer at Sterling Bank of Asia under the Risk Management Group where he was involved in developing the bank’s Industry Risk Rating System, Industry Risk Limit Framework, and Internal Credit Risk Rating System, as well as reviewing credit and investment proposals. Justin has also worked for S&P Global Market Intelligence (SNL Information Services Philippines) as an Analyst under the Global Financial Institution Group focusing on data management and analysis.

 

Justin completed his BS in Management with Minor in Financial Management. He has received the title of Certified Treasury Professional from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business – Banker’s Association and he has passed Level I of the CFA Program.

 

Justin enjoys boxing and trekking on his free time.

Grecil Suplido

Investment Analyst

Grecil worked as a project accountant for Filinvest Land Inc where she handled office leasing accounting department. During her stay she has worked with different company under Filinvest such as now publicly traded office leasing company FILREIT, a property-management company, ProOffice Work Services Inc. (PWSI), a real estate company as Filinvest Cyperparks Inc. and a regional branch Filinvest Cebu Cyberzone. Her responsibilities included book-keeping, financial accounting, leasing, construction, budget and audit.

 

Grecil has worked as an accounting assistant in the Ahnex builders and Ready-Mix Corporation, a civil construction company. She processed payments, liquidations, and headed the accounting system transition in their department. Grecil has worked as an inventory auditor in SM Homeworld a major consignor of SM Supermalls owning more than 70 malls. She conducted numerous audit in various branches and resolved exception reports during her stay. Grecil completed her BS in Business Administration Major in Management Accounting and acquired her diploma on BS in Accountancy.

Jocelyn Untalan

Investment Analyst

Jocelyn is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with 4 years accounting experience in the Real Estate industry. She was formerly a General Accountant in Orchard Property Marketing Company (OPMC) that markets over fifty projects (subdivisions) nationwide in the Philippines. Handling the company’s books, accounting reports, budgeting and forecasting, tax, financial statement, auditing and a Financial Manager for a Real Estate team in the United States responsible for preparing profit and loss, sales report, budgets and classifications of transactions in Quickbooks. She has experience working in the other industry but focuses on Real Estate because of her interest in it. She also got her certification as Quickbooks Certified ProAdvisor in 2020 and works as a freelancer.


She is analytical, keen on details, fast learner and organized. She graduated from Kingfisher School of Business and Finance and passed the board exam the same year. Land her first job a few months after and stays there for 3 years because she is committed to working long term and just needs to resign to move permanently in her province and start having her family. Also, the reason she opens herself on working remotely.


Before being a mom, she usually spent her weekends hanging out with friends, exploring places and food. She enjoys reading books and watching movies but as of the moment she enjoys spending her time with her family and teaching her son when she is not working.
